8. Shipping Policy
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, unless other agreed upon circumstances.
Shipping costs may vary.
Ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Due to federal regulations, firearms and ammunition orders cannot be shipped in the same package.
Orders are shipped out timely and each customer will receive an email with tracking info once your item has shipped. We ship to the USA only. Our items are not to be exported.
Firearms will ONLY ship to an FFL holder (or C&R license holder if applicable). If you do not have an FFL, then you must find one in your area to handle the transfer for you. It is your responsibility when purchasing a firearm to comply with your state laws.
Can We Ship it? Simple answer: If shipping to your FFL, we always CAN! If You place the order and we will just ship it without asking any questions! No matter where it is, CA, NY, WA, you name it. However, the question is, will your FFL transfer the Gun to you or Not? We don't wanna see your Gun returned to us with a restocking fee. Please check with your local FFL and make sure they are able to receive and transfer the firearm to you, we will not verify that FFL locations have agreed to transfer firearms on behalf of the purchasing buyer unless the buyer requests.
Contacting your FFL is the responsibility of the buyer.
A restocking fee of 15% per order will be charged for all orders refused by the transferring dealer and returned back to us without permission.
ALL items on an order will ship to the shipping address on that order. If items need to be shipped to separate locations, then they should be placed on separate orders with the specific shipping address for each order.
All orders are shipped UPS, FedEx, USPS at the discretion of BMF Battlewerx, LLC (no PO Box addresses please).
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received and alert us of any issues.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds and returns will be assessed and issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of BMF Battlewerx, LLC.
